You're booking with Guest Haus, which has managed homes in Austin since 2022. Payment is by card through a secure processor, and you get a written confirmation and a phone number that reaches us.
Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund, less a 3% payment processing fee. Inside 7 days, the booking is non-refundable.
Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 11am. We can often move either one depending on the calendar. Ask us and we'll let you know what's possible.
In many of the homes, yes. The ones that take dogs are marked on the listing, and there's a flat pet fee per stay.
A fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and board, and plenty more. Each listing carries its own full amenity list.
