This four-bedroom home combines modern living with a private outdoor haven, giving your group the feeling of its own boutique resort.
Inside the Home
Step into a bright open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room designed for gathering. The ground floor also features a king bedroom with ensuite bath, plus a half bath for guests. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 more bedrooms – 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds – sharing a full bath. Thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The Outdoor Retreat
The yard between the homes is yours exclusively: a heated and chilled pool with lounge seating, a shaded gazebo with dining table and ceiling fans, an outdoor TV, a grill, and a ping pong table. This is where mornings stretch out over coffee, afternoons drift by poolside, and evenings come alive under the string lights.
The Feel
With space for everyone to unwind inside and a private outdoor retreat that feels like your own resort, The Backyard Bliss makes group travel effortless. For added convenience, a Tesla EV charger is located on site.
Please take note that the back house is not included in this listing, and guests are not permitted to access it or its backyard. If you’d like to book both homes together (subject to availability), please reach out to us.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire front house along with the private outdoor retreat between the two homes. This includes the heated and chilled pool, lounge chairs, shaded gazebo with dining table and fans, outdoor TV, grill, and ping pong table. You’ll also have use of the Tesla EV charger.
The back house, as well as the backyard behind the rear house is not included in this listing.
Please note that this listing does not include access to the back house or its private backyard.
Guests staying in the back house may pass through the exterior walkway along the fence to reach their entrance.
We kindly ask that you respect their privacy and keep outdoor noise at a considerate level to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.

Our goal is to provide a great stay while also respecting our neighbors and keeping everyone safe.
1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT – Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS – We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
3. NOISE – Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
4. BROKEN ITEMS – Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest’s stay.
5. NEIGHBORS – Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
6. PETS – We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.
7. SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.
8. VISITORS – Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING – Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.
10. SECURITY – Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
11. ACCESS – Guests at the front house do not have access to the back house or its backyard. Entry into these areas is not permitted.
12. POOL – Swimming is at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. For your safety, no diving or jumping into the pool is permitted. Please do not run around the pool area.
Please keep all glass and food away from the pool, and clean up after yourselves.
Please keep noise levels to a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.
Do not tamper with pool equipment or attempt to adjust pool settings.
If there are any issues with the pool, or anything is broken and/or spilled into the pool, please contact us immediately.
13. BBQ GRILL – Feel free to use the BBQ grill during your stay, but if you’re unfamiliar with how to operate a gas grill, just let us know — we’re happy to help. Always make sure the grill is turned off completely after each use and never leave it unattended while in use. Once it has fully cooled down, please clean the grill grates and any mess left behind. This helps keep it in great condition for the next guests.
14. FIREWORKS – The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
15. PARKING – Guests may park in front of the Tesla EV charger (marked Unit A) or directly in front of the front house door. Do not park in the B spot, and do not block access for back house guests who need to park in front of the B spot. Vehicles must not extend past the painted line on the ground, as this path must remain clear for back house renters to access their home.
16. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests’ stay. It is the Guests’ responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host’s ability.
The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
17. TOILET – Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
