This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is designed for a simple, comfortable stay with everything you need to settle in. The ground floor has an open layout, combining the living room, dining area, and full kitchen into one inviting space. Whether you’re cooking a meal, catching up on work, or unwinding on the couch, it’s set up to make your stay easy. A half-bathroom and laundry room are also on this level for convenience.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms offer a quiet retreat. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a second full bath. Each room has comfortable beds and plenty of space to unpack.
The small front yard offers a nice spot to enjoy the fresh air, and the garage allows for indoor parking. Whether you’re here for a short trip or an extended stay, this home is set up to be practical, comfortable, and easy to enjoy.
Guests have access to the entire condo.
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
Our goal is to provide a great stay while also respecting our neighbors and keeping everyone safe.
1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT – Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS – We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
3. NOISE – Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
4. BROKEN ITEMS – Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items that noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest’s stay.
5. NEIGHBORS – Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
6. PETS – We allow only 1 pet at a time at the property. Please clean up after your pets, in the house, backyard and front yard.
7. SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any evidence of smoking in the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.
8. VISITORS – Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING – Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins.
10. SECURITY – Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
11. FIREWORKS – The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $1,000 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
12. PARKING – Guests may park 1 car in the garage and 1 car in the driveway of the home. Free street parking is also available.
13. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests’ stay. It is the Guests’ responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the the Host’s ability.
The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool, washer and dryer)
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
14. TOILET – Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
