Playtime Bonanza House is designed for families who want a stay that’s just as fun as it is comfortable. The main home is warm, welcoming, and easy to settle into – while the fun spaces are where the memories get made.
Living & Dining
The living room is cozy and relaxed, with plenty of room to kick back after a long day of play. It flows naturally into the dining area, making it easy to gather for meals, board games, or a movie night before bed.
Kitchen & Laundry
The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals, snacks, and everything in between. Whether it’s quick breakfasts before heading out or popcorn refills during game night, everything you need is right at hand. A dedicated laundry area makes longer stays especially convenient.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds – a favorite for kids
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, perfect for adults or older kids
All bedrooms are comfortable, well-sized, and designed for restful nights after busy days.
The Game Room (Everyone’s Favorite)
The converted garage is the heart of the house – a full-on play zone packed with arcade games, retro consoles, foosball, multiple TVs, climbing walls, monkey bars, giant games, and even a popcorn machine. There’s also a massive couch for relaxing, watching, or sleeping. It’s a space kids never want to leave and adults secretly love just as much.
Outdoor Play
When it’s time to get some fresh air, the private playground offers yet another place for kids to burn off energy and keep the adventure going. It’s the perfect extension of the fun inside – giving families multiple spaces to spread out, play, and enjoy the day together.
Guests have access to the entire property.
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.

1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT – Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS – We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
3. NOISE – Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
4. BROKEN ITEMS – Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest’s stay.
5. NEIGHBORS – Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
6. PETS – We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.
7. SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.
8. VISITORS – Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING – Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.
10. SECURITY – Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
11. PLAYGROUND – Children must be supervised at all times while using the playground. The equipment should be used only as intended, with no rough play or overcrowding. Playground use is at your own risk, and we ask that guests do not allow use when surfaces are wet or slippery. Please help us keep the playground safe and enjoyable for everyone by following these guidelines.
12. ROCK CLIMBING & MONKEY BARS – Rock climbing walls and monkey bars are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, and only one person may use each structure at a time. Proper footwear is required, and the equipment should not be used when surfaces are wet or slippery. The green safety mat must always be placed underneath the climbing areas before use.
13. FIREWORKS – The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
14. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests’ stay. It is the Guests’ responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host’s ability.
The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
15. TOILET – Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
