This home is located in a community, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM there is a strict quiet-hours policy.

House rules

1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT – Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS – We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.

3. NOISE – Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the community bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.

4. BROKEN ITEMS – Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items that noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following guest’s stay.

5. NEIGHBORS – Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors or members of the community as soon as possible.

6. SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the balcony. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.

7. VISITORS – Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the guests.

8. GARBAGE – Guests are to dispose of garbage into the building’s allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

9. SECURITY – Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.

10. FIREWORKS – The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

11. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the guests’ stay. It is the guests’ responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the the Host’s ability.

The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances.

*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.

12. TOILET – Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

13. COMMON AREAS – Please be respectful of the common areas that are shared by all of the community members, guests and owners of the units in the building. Do not leave trash or belongings outside of the unit and respect all rules and regulations.

14. COMMUNITY RULES – There are additional rules and regulations for the community amenities and enforced by the POA. These can be found on the form signed prior to your arrival, and around the amenities themselves. Please respect all community rules, to avoid eviction by the POA, for which we have no control over.
