This is one side of a modern Travis Heights duplex, offering a private three-bedroom home with its own entrance and backyard.
Inside, the space feels open and airy thanks to vaulted ceilings and a clean contemporary design. The living room flows into the dining area and kitchen, creating a comfortable central space to cook, gather, or relax after a day out in Austin.
The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, plus two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed.
Out back, the private backyard is centered around a heated & chilled plunge pool, giving you the option to cool off during Austin’s hot days or warm it up in the evening. Outdoor seating makes it an easy place to unwind, whether you’re starting the day with coffee or ending it with a night swim.
Guests have full access to Unit A, including the interior of the home and the private backyard patio directly connected to the unit. Please note that this is one side of a duplex.
